Previously on the hottest day of the year, I had an electrical issue with my pool filter. Josh was recommended by a friend and although he really was swamped, he made the time and came out to look at it.  He discovered a bigger issue and was incredibly professional.  Josh explained everything and really made me feel like I understood what was going on!  He completed all the work and got things up and running quickly and efficiently! He was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job ensuring everything was wired perfectly and up to code. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Great experience.  Timely and fair estimate.  Showed up on time and got the job done done faster and better than expected.  Tapped into the electricity in the garage and ran outlets outside for grill and fridge. The job was cleaned up better than I expected and even though he came to do 1 outlet, after speaking with Josh we decided 2 separate would be better. After a pool installation I noticed a strong electrical smoke odor coming from my lower level/basement area.  I was panicked and started looking up companies. Rutts was the only one who picked up immediately and said he would be there right away.  Josh was so kind, professional and efficient. I could tell he knew exactly what to do and I had found the right guy. He truly saved us from what could have been a bad situation. The team over at Rutts Electric is great! They were very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We had a line run from the breaker to our kitchen and Josh was able to pick a clear path that no damage was done to the dry wall. They cleaned up very well after the job was done.
